Our roots go deep into commercial baking. What began as Imperial Pastry — a respected name in South Florida's food manufacturing community — has evolved into SARLFA INC., a modern manufacturing platform purpose-built for today's competitive food marketplace.
Over eight years, we've developed deep expertise across every dimension of commercial bakery production: supply chain management, food safety compliance, private label co-manufacturing, and brand development. Today, SARLFA serves national grocery programs, club store chains, foodservice operators, hospitality groups, and emerging food brands — delivering premium pre-baked, frozen, and custom bakery products from our South Florida manufacturing base to customers across the U.S. and internationally.
